Would you like to join our instructional team?
We are particularly interested in experienced college and high school Mandarin instructors who are able to teach Mandarin through hands-on activities in the content areas of sciences, technology, engineering, arts, and math in both face-to-face and online settings. Selected candidates who do not reside in Morgantown will be offered room and board during the residential camp (7/20/2023-8/5/2023) in addition to a stipend.
Please note: STARTALK is a federal grant program funded by the National Security Agency. All the faculty and staff members must be either US citizens or permanent residents.

Would you like to join our counselor team?
We look for passionate, fun, and reliable current college students or recent graduates to join our counselor team. The primary responsibilities are to escort our campers around campus, supervise campers at meals and at night, and lead a variety of fun activities using Mandarin, such as board games and shopping in a night market. Intermediate-level Mandarin skills are required. Selected candidates will be offered room and board during the residential camp (7/20/2023-8/5/2023) in addition to a stipend
